In this case, I'm using the term sacramental living as the idea of a life dedicated, or set aside, to the Lord. The word "holy" would be a good synonym.
Now, how to do that is another good question. First, when one is a Christian it becomes not just something we do, but whose we are. I have been baptized into Christ and am therefore not my own any longer, I am His.
Being His then means a new way of life and a new way of thinking. A sort of reorienting of oneself.
Being a disciple of Christ means learning from Him through prayer, scripture and the church. It also means putting Him and others before oneself and remembering that there is not a part of life that is one's own, whether one's playing, working, reading, teaching, blogging, etc.
It is not easy, and I rarely do it well, but then, that is where the assurance of grace comes in. :o) Hth. Let me know if you have any more thoughts.

SacramenTal in the sense of "life dedicated, or set aside, to the Lord" and sacramental as the adjective of sacrament as in the sacrament of reconciliation "I rarely do it well, but then, that is where the assurance of grace comes in". Thus Sacramental Living how very clever.
I was not being ironic intentionally. However, I am acutely aware of what a paradox the Christian life is, so to be able to see the irony in the name and meanings isn't surprising - I just can't take the credit for it.
